Webiecraft provides Shopify, Wordpress, WooComerce, Website Development, App Development, SEO and branding & Identity services.

All work is delivered based on an agreed scope, timeline, and deliverables. Any work outside this scope will be treated as additional and charged separately.

A project will only begin after:

• A minimum 60% advance payment (mandatory)
• Written confirmation or approval

Verbal discussions do not constitute a binding agreement.

• The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery.
• The 60% advance is strictly non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
• If the client cancels after project initiation, no refund will be provided.
• Webiecraft may issue a partial refund only if it cannot continue the project, at its sole discretion.
• Deliverables will not be shared until full payment is completed.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and project requirements
• Ensure all shared content is legally owned or licensed
• Provide timely feedback and approvals

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines, and Webiecraft will not be responsible for such delays.

• Revisions are limited to the agreed scope.
• Any additional features, redesigns, or changes will be charged separately.
• Post-delivery changes are not included unless agreed as a separate service.

• Final delivery will occur only after full payment
• Upon completion, Webiecraft will transfer:
• Source code / project files
• Login credentials and access
• Ownership and authority

Ownership and authority

• Webiecraft does not store client project files or materials after handover.
• We are not responsible for:
• Data loss after delivery
• Issues caused by client actions or third-party services
• Data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control

Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups and data security.

Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting, plugins,payment gateways, Shipping partners, etc.

Webiecraft is not responsible for:

• Performance or downtime
• Data handling or policies
• Any loss caused by third-party services

• No ongoing maintenance or support is included unless agreed separately
• Paid support or maintenance services may be provided under a separate agreement.
• Free support (if applicable) is limited to minor bug fixes reported within 7 days of delivery.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties. Webiecraft does not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted service
• Business outcomes, traffic, or SEO rankings
• Future compatibility

• Webiecraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
• Either party may terminate the project with notice; payments made are non-refundable.
• Webiecraft reserves the right to refuse or terminate services in case of misuse or illegal activity.
• You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access or disruption.
• Webiecraft shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, natural events, or third-party disruptions.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
